猪蹄准确来说是带皮的蹄膀，就是Bokko韩餐猪蹄的同“品种”，除了胶原蛋白表皮，还有非常多肘子肉，小份十几欧吃饱饱。这家主厨原来是曼谷东方文华酒店的，猪蹄是用桂皮茴香四川花椒等炖煮5小时，炖到酸菜有点过咸，所以一定要配饭。
